Helen Rayon

Mrs. Helen Rayon was born October 6, 1939 and raised in Sumter, South Carolina. Mrs. Rayon’s late husband, David Rayon’s work for the VA brought them to Philadelphia for one year. They eventually made the West Philadelphia-Wynnefield area of Philadelphia their home for 43 years. The Rayons raised their children in Philadelphia: two biological children and five adopted children.
