Dr. Shirley Turpin-Parham
Dr. Shirley Turpin-Parham (born September 26, 1938), a longtime member of Tindley Temple and Philadelphia historian. She worked for the School District of Philadelphia for over 30 years and retired as a professor teaching at Cheyney University.
